Dubai or Canada
Well, there is a good and bad side to everything, and one has to weigh the pros and cons as well. So here, we will discuss some aspects from the UAE perspective and Canada’s perspective.
Country of Citizenship
UAE: This is by far the most significant point people have left the UAE for Canada. You can stay in the UAE for one year or live in the UAE for 50 years. However, if you do not have a work permit/residence visa, you will be evicted from the country.
Canada: Fortunately, after some time (4 out of 6 years), you became a Canadian citizen and gained the rights and privileges to become a citizen, so Canada gets a higher score here.
Old age
United Arab Emirates: This is an important question you need to ask yourself. After you have lived in any foreign country for 30 years when you return home-where will you respond? Who do you know who you know? Actually-who wants you back? The sad truth is-after years in the UAE-when you are sent back to your country of origin-people don’t want you to do that. No one wants an older man to return after enjoying his life. Also, please make it clear-the UAE doesn’t wish to time-honored brands. You are a responsibility. So unless you have the money and the ability to spend it, you will get a one-way ticket back to your hometown.
Canada: Once you stay in Canada, you will be held there and treated humanely.
Children’s future
UAE: Education is very expensive, and education is worthless. No company even checks what you do. All they are interested in is whether you have a degree. Given a large number of fake degrees in the UAE (check footnotes), you can legalize fake degrees through loopholes, so most people do this to ensure their job security in the UAE.
Canada: If you study in Canada, Canadian education is better, better regulated, and recognized, and has many skills and opportunities.
lifestyle
UAE: Easy access to credit cards, loans, car loans, mortgages, that’s why everyone is busy showing off and living far beyond their capabilities.
Canada: Unless you prove that your creditworthiness is worth it, obtaining such facilities is not easy at all.
Startup
UAE: If you have the right connections and fixed income to help you survive, you can easily find a job in the UAE. If you have a priest, you can get a well-paid job, and no one can question you.
Canada: It isn’t effortless to find a job at first. The only task you will get a job offer is a security guard, accountant, forklift driver, waiter, or hamburger flip in a fast-food restaurant.
Prospects
UAE: If you are rich, you can stay in the UAE. If not, neither to you for your family.
Canada: After you stay there, they will take care of you and support you.
To get a job in Canada, you should have such rare skills, fantastic talent, and an impressive image that even if the salary doubles or triples, no recruiter in Canada can find one. And your brand should be so compelling that if you are going to join that person’s company, that company’s bottom line will grow significantly. So if you have such a profile-so, why not? I am 100% that business people around the world are looking for talents that are so rare and outstanding that they are willing to pay a high price for such skills.
Can you find a job in Canada while in Dubai, UAE? -My answer is yes. To do this, you should have the following:
- All your certificates and documents should be organized
- Your brand profile (resume, professional profile, online/offline status) should be entirely off the charts
- The expertise, experience, and value you can give your company should be so impressive that Canadian business owners should feel like no one like you in the entire country can match your profile.
And, if you can get everything done-I am convinced that anyone living in Dubai / UAE or anywhere else in the world will find a job in Canada.
