How to change the UAE visa without exiting the country

It is now possible to change your visa status without leaving the land, which was the normal process of renewing your visa earlier.

Each airline has certain conditions that must be met in order to apply for your visa. One of the requirements is to fly with them. Visa Renewal Process

All types of visits and tourist visas can be extended for thirty days two times after the extension without having to leave the country according to the GDRFA, Visitors and tourists can apply for a second extension before the first extension. Each renewal only requires Dh600.

Fine on overstaying

If the non-renewal as mentioned earlier visa is overdue, a fine of 100 dirhams will be paid every day within ten days from the date of late.

Places where visit visa extension rules do not apply

However, the extension rules do not apply to the following categories:

  1. People who have obtained 96-hour special task permission
  2. Tourists and residents of Gulf Cooperation Council countries
  3. People who have received special entry permits
  4. Residents accompanying nationals of the Gulf Cooperation Council

Required Documents

  1. Passport-sized, clear photo in color with a white background
  2. The passport is valid for a minimum of six months.
  3. Copies of the first and last pages of the applicant’s passport.
