1- AUTO OUT OF CREDIT
Your record will be rewarded with AED 5 if there is a low talk time balance, i.e. less than AED 1. To take advantage of this offer, dial *108# and then press 2 or send the text “AUTO ON” to 1080. SMS “AUTO OFF” to 1080 to turn off the “Auto out of credit” feature.
2- ONE-OFF
Credit can be received on request by calling or sending an SMS. Send a text message to 1080 with the word “5” or dial *108# from your du mobile phone. AED 5 will be paid if you press 1.
CHARGE ON DU CREDIT LOAN
- Charges on the loan credit are AED 1 + 5% VAT once the account is credited with the loan amount. The amounts of the fees are taken from your next recharge.
- Once a cell number has been used for lending credit, it cannot be used again until the debt is paid off. By texting “BALANCE” to 1080, you can check your balance.
- To get a loan from du, you must have been a client for at least three months and have spent at least AED ten each month on calls, SMS, and other services.
