How to pay by SMS?
Step 1: The first step to paying the Dubai Parking SMS system is to type a new message on your phone and enter the number ‘7275 (PARK)’ in the sender’s address. The official phone number 7275 can be used to pay for parking in Dubai via SMS. Once completed, the SMS can be drafted in the following format. Correctness is essential for paying parking tickets in Dubai.
Format: <Car’s plate number> <space> <area number> <space> <duration>
So your SMS should look like this: A15234 317C 1
If you happen to be in the parking area A and want to put your ticket for half an hour, you can use the 1/2 format.
For example, A12345 317C 1/2.
Other formats that can be followed including: .5, .50, 0.5, 0.50, 30, 30 minutes, 30 mins, 30 minutes. Half-hour parking in Dubai is only available in Area A.
