As part of its ongoing efforts to improve customer satisfaction, du has announced changes to its credit transfer service “One 2 One”.
Credit transfer can be a multiple of Dh1, between Dh2-Dh200 values (such as Dh5, Dh55, Dh101, etc.). Customers can transfer credits to up to 25 friends within a day, with transfer amounts equal or less than the balance in their account.
Transferring credit is very simple. To transfer Dh30 to mobile number 055 1234 567, pay-as-you-go customers just dial * 121 * 0551234567 * 30 #. They will receive a confirmation of the payee’s mobile phone number and amount via text message and transfer after the confirmation.
