Our team collaborates across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product and service teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs.

We are looking for an Enterprise Service Manager (ESM) who can build strong relationships and execute a long-term strategy with our key customers. The ESM is a trusted advisor for our largest and most committed customers. The role includes all aspects of business development, relationship development, delivery oversight and program management in those accounts.

Key job responsibilities

As an Enterprise Service Manager you will be responsible for:
Sell professional services through engaging with enterprise customers to understand their business drivers and application portfolioDevelop bold cloud strategies, including long term roadmap strategies, with senior executives and present respective proposals for delivering these strategiesInfluence and lead the customer experience and engagement from sales through to delivery to produce high-quality, business driven outcomes for the customer, often acting as single person of contact for customer executives, developing deep, trustful relationsIdentify & develop specific professional services opportunities and supporting business casesShape deals including estimations and deal pricingParticipate in, and own contract negotiations & closing, including participating in RFPsEducating customers on AWS services and translate those into a clear business value propositionHelp shape customers’ cloud strategy, cloud transformational roadmaps and changes in working practices (e.g. moving to a faster more agile release cycle)Build strong relationships with senior executives and enterprise teams to understand goals and required outcomesPrepare and present technical and commercial proposals to client CxO leadersInspire and drive innovation with our customersAbout the team

Hands on experience leading large-scale global IT transformation projectsTrack record of implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing, enterprise environmentsUse of AWS services or Cloud services in distributed environments with Enterprise Technologies including Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP etc.Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman) and identifying the relationships between business services, information, applications and global infrastructure assets.Enterprise IT management frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ITIL)Broad Enterprise systems experience including SAP, CRM, Supply Chain, Analytics, Customer front end, BSS/OSS and custom applicationsFamiliarity with industry compliance and security standards including PCI DSS, SOC-1&2, ISO 27001.Understands the value proposition of the public cloud and has delivered cloud engagements (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)AWS Certifications, e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate and/or AWS Cloud PractitionerExperience working with transformative technology including IoT, AI/ML, business intelligence, analytics.Advanced Degrees in engineering and/or business preferred
