Job Details:

JOB PURPOSE

The Human Resources assistant assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources/ admin department functions and duties.

Recruitment

Post Ad in job portals.Sourcing resumes as per manpower requisition.Calling candidates to schedule interview.Updating the status to Supervisor/ Manager.Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment.

Joining Formalities

Assisting new employees in their joining requirements.Make Seating arrangements.Induction for new joiners.Personal file preparation for new employees.

Administration

Provide HR/ Administrative support.Proper documentation of official correspondence in relation with HR.Responsible for ensuring that the confidential information is kept secure.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS (TECHNICAL & BEHAVIORAL)

Basic understanding of HR principles.Technical Skills –MS Office applications.Demonstrated skills in oral and written communication in English.Persuasive and result oriented.Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
