Job Details:

We are currently seeking for energetic, self-starter, organized and highly motivated HR Clerk to join our Dubai team who is locally available within the UAE;

· Initiates and/or processes employment requisitions; develops and/or edits departmental job descriptions, vacancy announcements, and position advertisements in consultation with Assistant Human Resources Manager.

· Develops and maintains confidential departmental staff and associated files, documents, and/or databases.

· Conducts second level screening and/or advises department personnel on screening procedures for staff or job searches.

· Coordinates staff recruitment processes as appropriate, ensuring search documentation is accurate, consistent, and complete, as per requirement liaising with the various approved agencies & coordinating visa processing with the Government Relations Department.

· Coordinates departmental employee relations functions in consultation with the Assistant Human Resources Manager; monitors staff performance appraisal completions, tracks annual and sick leave accruals and usage and leaves of absence and overseas employee separation documents; may mediate or otherwise resolve workplace grievances or disputes.

· Preliminary screening of candidates, checks references, and/or extend offers of employment upon approval by Assistant Human Resources Manager.

· Arrange/organize CSR (Corporate Social Responsibilities/ Staff Engagement Activities / Team Gatherings on monthly basis

· To prepare & complete the Monthly Human Resources Report and other statistical reports as required by the Human Resources Manager.

· To coordinate and/or conduct departmental training; and conduct new hire Human Resources orientation.

· Coordinates the staff employment process for the department and the hotel as appropriate.

· Oversees the preparation travel L.P.O’s, purchase requisitions, small purchase orders, and check requests; expense reports and invoices.

· Coordinates the administration of apartment rentals, serve as a liaison between employees, and outside contractors, and resolve problems, as appropriate to the position.

· Carries out any other duties or assignments or reasonable requirements, given by the Assistant Human Resources Manager as required.
