Job Details:

Responsibilities

· Coordinate arrangements, meetings, and/or conferences as assigned.

· Manage busy calendar, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements

· Take dictation and write correspondence.

· Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports

· Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly

· Daily record keeping and filing of documents

· Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence

· Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners

· Preparing memos, emails, presentations, reports Take minutes during meetings Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Organize and maintain the office filing system

· Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.

Qualification & Experience: -

· Two years of experience an executive/ Personal Assistant support role in contracting companies

· Minimum bachelor’s degree required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: AED3,000.00 to AED4,000.00 /month
