When six fitness enthusiasts came together through their passion of the industry, they integrated their unique and state-specific fitness training programs to form the first national fitness training provider in Australia in 1979. This became what we now know as the Australian Institute of Fitness in 2000.
Since then, the Institute as it’s commonly known has gone from strength to strength, substantially increasing the quality of training programs and number of Master Trainers graduating and in employment. The Institute now trains more Personal Trainers than all other fitness industry training providers, as well as offering courses in massage, nutrition, and business.
