We were born in 2003 as the Faculty of Social Studies – FON and today, we are FON University, the first private university- the epitome of modern higher education within European frames. FON University is an institution, which follows the current world trends in education. It is a brand founded on the solid grounds of the best educational staff, both from Macedonia and abroad, following the l...atest methods and techniques in education.
Our goal is to create true professionals, who will be prepared to embark upon all challenges of the business world. Over the years, we have managed to prove the quality of our institution and gain the trust of the young population, all the while building the brand and the tradition known as FON University.

The activities of FON University are not only focused on the field of lectures and education, but also on following of the European and world trends, which are openness in communication, making opportunities for international student mobility, mobility of the academic staff through exchange between higher education institutions, exchange of study programs, joined participation in international projects financed from the European Union, joined symposiums, counselling and similar activities conducted with other higher education institutions in the Republic of Macedonia, as well as in Europe and beyond. FON University has concluded many Cooperation Agreements with a number of renowned universities, faculties and institutions from our country and abroad. In addition to the concluded agreements, there are ongoing negotiations about establishing new cooperation with home and foreign institutions of higher education.
FON University is a higher education institution with exceptional staff. There are around 70 renowned professors teaching at FON University and more than a half of them are full time employees at the University.
The rest of the professors are visiting professors and part-time professors, whose engagement is based on previously concluded agreement between FON and the home institution of the professor. The teachers have PhD degrees in various fields: law, economy, politicology, philology, management, sport and other scientific fields.
