Lomonosov (NArFU) is a higher educational institution established by RF President Dmitry Medvedev’s Decree dd. 8 June 2010. The university can already boast many achievements, and the plans for the future are also promising.Northern Arctic Federal University is pleased to invite foreign specialists interested in teaching and research at the University for a period exceeding one semester.
