Volga Tech was established in 1932 to meet the need of a developing republic for specialists of Forestry Engineering and since than it has been growing and developing to train experts in a wide range of fields. Russian consular authorities in some countries issue student visas only upon submission of the original invitation and contract for study with the host university. The Embassy/Consulate would also advise you of other documents necessary to obtain the visa and its processing times. Please obtain more precise and detailed information at the nearest Russian embassy or consulate in your country.Students from the European Union member states can enjoy a simplified invitation procedure (Letter of Invitation from the host university) but only for short-term (no more than 90 days) exchange programs.
