Here at AGSB, we have very diverse and unique program each year. For an academic part, we have the large variety of industrial visits organized both by our professors and administrative staff. Companies like Nestle, Hublot, United Nations, and others are open for a visit for us on a yearly basis. It is a great experience, and we are very proud to be located within short distances from these big corporations.

AGSB prepares the International Business Student with the knowledge, the tools, and the training to be a positive contributor to the general manager of any business organizations. The three pillars of AGSB general management are:

All of AGSB programs will be designed to cultivate an understanding of human behavior, cultural sensibility and a global perspective in business and politics.
Broad-based student learning goals are:
  1. An AGSB alumnus will be a valuable contributor to the general management of any business environment because of the general knowledge in the functional areas of management gained through their course of study.
  2. An AGSB alumnus will be recognized in any business environment because he/she demonstrates competency in using tools for analytical problem solving and complex decision making of the kind encountered in general management.
  3. An AGSB alumnus will have improved his/her personal skills as a communicator in business general management circumstances. He/she will be able to appreciate the value of differing points-of-view, as well as being able to make reasoned judgments that are logical and supported (by engaging in critical thinking).

Broad-based operational goals are:
  1. Provide the leadership and long-term vision to involve all stakeholders in a combined and collective success for AGSB.
  2. Provide a business education experience that is relevant to International Students and delivered in a nurturing environment by a team of dedicated faculty and staff.
  3. Provide the counseling and staff services to promote personal student success, both in academics and as outstanding members of their community.
  4. Provide the encouragement and resources to maintain an attitude of optimism and improvement for all members of the AGSB community.

The University will consider all completed applications and will contact applicants within a reasonable period, as soon as a decision has been made. Admission to AGSB is, however, subject to a limited number of enrolments; it is, therefore, possible that not all qualified applicants are always accepted. In such instances, the University accepts those with the strongest qualifications and potential.

The IACBE is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). CHEA’s purpose is to scrutinize and affirm the quality of regional, faith-based, private career, and programmatic accrediting organizations. The IACBE accredits business programs that lead to degrees at the associate, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels in institutions of higher education worldwide that grant bachelor’s and/or graduate degrees.
All students are obliged to have healthcare insurance under the Swiss law. AGSB has a partner company that provides AGSB’s students with the best latest solutions. Price for student insurance starts at CHF 1’300 per year and may vary depending on your needs. Those students that have international insurances will have to contact administration team for further assistance.
Our BSBA program offers a practical foundation in international business and a uniquely global undergraduate experience. It will prepare you for a competitive and critical thinking world.The AGSB undergraduate program is designed for the high school graduate with minimal work experience so that the participant will build on his/her knowledge and develop his/her skills to successfully contribute to any business organization in an entry level general management position.
The AGSB graduate program is designed for the successful undergraduate with some significant work experience so that the successful participant will gain the necessary skills and experience to successfully contribute to any business organization in a mid-level general management position.
The Doctoral Program at the American Graduate School of Business aims to incrementally develop students’ higher order business skills and competencies along with an enhanced emphasis on conducting and interpreting research. This program is differentiated from AGSB’s Masters in International Business (MIBA) degree which emphasizes professional business management with a global scope. While both the DBA and the MIBA continue to inculcate in students managerial training and competencies, the DBA further includes a higher emphasis on theoretical formulation and on conducting and interpreting research.
