The College of Idaho’s Student Research Grant program has been established to promote student scholarship and creativity in all fields of study. The annual Student Research Conference celebrates the research and creative work taking place at The College of Idaho.
The Center for Experiential Learning (CEL) provides support for students and alumni by helping them pursue their career goals through guided development of professional portfolio materials and career exploration tools. CEL breaks down the recommended tasks to complete during a student’s experience at The College of Idaho to make after-graduation life easy. Upon graduation, CEL works with alumni to provide career seeking tools and alumni job postings for current students.

The College of Idaho seeks to provide an educational environment that appropriately supports learning and disability needs of students. The Learning Support and Disability Services Department facilitates services for students who have a physical, learning, psychological, developmental or neurological disability. Students with disabilities are encouraged to notify the College of potential ADA or 504 status during the admission process. The Learning Support & Disability Services Director will meet with students who indicate they have disabilities to help the student arrange for reasonable accommodations and identify off-campus sources of support.

The College provides a variety of support services to international students, including merit scholarships, so you can make the most of your experience here. Members of the International Student Organization host events to share diverse cultural traditions with the entire campus. Two of the most popular annual events on campus are International Week and the International Food Fair.
Financial assistance at the College of Idaho comes in several forms: merit-based scholarships, talent-based scholarships, need-based aid, federal loans and grants. Each student is automatically considered for a merit-based scholarship when they apply for admission. Talent scholarships are awarded based on performance and participation in C of I athletics and fine arts programs. Need-based and federal aid is granted based on a student’s demonstrated need and eligibility indicated on their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
