WVU Tech consists of two academic colleges: the College of Business, Humanities and Social Sciences and the Leonard C. Nelson College of Engineering and Sciences. The University offers more than 40 academic programs, including 9 ABET-accredited engineering programs. With an average class size of 17 students, our classes provide students with personalized attention in a supportive environment. As a division of West Virginia University, WVU Tech is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. Several academic programs, including engineering, engineering technology and nursing, hold specialized accreditation.
