Dear Sir/ Mam, I would like to ask You regarding My balance day to My employer because I coudn't Go Vacation in 1 year because of the covid 19 pandemic. My Last vacation was in 2019.Now already, year 2020(I didn't take vacation).. My question is, Is the employer should pay me the 1 year balance day that I didnt use for my Vacation once I resign and other balance day?..
I have a complicated case which gives me sleepless nights for a longtime now. My employer refused to give me visa having been with him for a year now. At first he gave me ENTRY PERMIT VISA.Then we continued for more processes normally for a permanent visa and the process stopped on the way. Now its a full year overstay and he keeps saying it's his fine not mine. But due to continued lies from his side and delay in salary plus denial of communication makes me more scared. So what can I do? I have a limited contract with him.
