The Rectorate is the governing body of the University of Teacher Education Tyrol. It designs the strategic guidelines for the university. The Pädagog...ische Hochschule Tirol (PHT) is a federal institution. Its task is to create, offer and carry out scientifically sound vocational training courses in the fields of education and training in pedagogical occupational fields, especially in apprenticeships. It takes account of the requirements of the teaching profession through offers of human science, subject-specific, didactic, pedagogical and practical school education, which is ensured by the leadership of practice schools.
