The Council of the Belarusian State Academy of Telecommunications is the main government body created to address issues related to the various spheres of activity of the Academy. Research Section(SRP) is a subdivision of the educational establishment "Belarusian State Academy of Telecommunications" (hereinafter - Academy). HNI is organizing, coordination and management of scientific, technical and innovative activity of structural divisions of the Academy in order to effectively address the scientific and technical problems of communication and ensure the indissoluble unity of the educational process and scientific research. SRP provides organizational and informational support of the implementation of educational programs of higher education stage II (Master) and postgraduate education stage I (post-graduate), oversees the development of undergraduates, graduate students, applicants content of educational programs. HNI operates in accordance with the Charter of the Academy,

It keep records and control over timely and qualitative execution of research work at the Academy departments in accordance with the approved programs and plans.It provides the state registration of the research, the timeliness and accuracy of reporting on scientific research, provided by the state statistics bodies.It has been working on the organization of the implementation of the results of completed research, preparing proposals for the participation of the Academy team in competitive projects, the inclusion of developments in the state orders, the industry plans for the creation and development of high technology products and innovative technology.It provides information services for ongoing research and development.Patent conducts research to provide a high-level scientific and technical and patent purity developments, assists in registration of application for the invention (model).NTO ensures compliance of the means and methods of measurement, produced scientific, design and technological documentation requirements of the standards, technical conditions and other normative documents.
