BSP Business School Berlin is a private, state-recognised school of management based at the historic Siemens Villa in Berlin‐Steglitz and with a campus at Hafencity in Hamburg. The university was founded in 2009 by the Managing Director Ilona Renken‐Olthoff and, as a family‐run business, it is committed to high personal standards of quality and service. Our range of bachelor’s and master’s degrees is based on two strong academic pillars: Management/Business Administration and Business Psychology. The focus on Management/Business Administration is characterised by the integration of business efficiency with communication and behavioural psychology skills. In the field of Business Psychology we link these competences with well‐founded research in cultural and depth psychology – an approach that is without parallel in Germany.
Over the course of your studies you will frequently share modules and projects with students, professors and lecturers of the other academic field. So when you study with us, you will find great synergy potential and genuine learning across disciplines.

The BSP develops in its management curriculum students’ expertise on economics and business psychology as well as their communication and social skills in equal measure. Our academic and administrative staff is always available to students without set office hours or appointments. The Career Center and International Office offer individual support for students on their path towards their professional career. Students are able to actively shape the curriculum. They learn through their own experiences, hands-on teaching and professional feedback.
Our students enjoy classes taught by experienced business leaders. Degrees include placements in Germany as well as abroad. We cooperate with a number of organisations and networks to ensure our students make connections within the economic world early on in their management career.
