In 1959, the establishment of Tarumanagara Foundation on June 18, 1959. Establishment of Tarumanagara Economic College, Department of Corporate Economics, as the forerunner of Tarumanagara University.
In 1962, the establishment of Vocational School of Architectural Engineering on October 1, 1962. Then this school menajdi Faculty of Engineering Department of Architecture. And now it is one... of the oldest Private Architecture Engineering Department in Indonesia. The establishment of the Faculty of Economics, the Faculty of Law, the Faculty of Architectural Engineering and the Faculty of English.
