Veranda of Mecca Development Foundation (YPSM) was established on March 21, 1984 by one of the founders of the Republic of Indonesia (Indonesian National Hero), namely DR. Mr. Teuku Moehammad Haji Hasan (Alm) set out in the deed of Notary number 76 in 1984. Under the license Kopertis Region I North Sumatra and Aceh, under YPSM he founded the College of the Veranda of Mecca (PTSM) with operation...al license No. 180 / SK.PPS / KOP / 1985 dated July 18, 1985, which in turn is based on the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 0430 / O / 1987 dated July 23, 1987, PTSM obtain registered status. After developing and getting the attention of the people of Aceh, as proof of the quality of PTSM, since 2000 almost the entire course in the environment PTSM obtain the status of "accredited BAN PT".
