The USPEE becomes a higher education institution, which has financial independence and freedom in promoting its own policy, which in general seeks to revitalize the elitist training process in the Republic of Moldova and to integrate domestic higher education into the European Higher Education space.
USPEE offers its students the opportunity to combine different forms of academic, formati...ve and research activities. At the activities are invited to participate professors from the country and abroad. The USPEE administration organizes conferences and lectures of well-known professors from Central and South-Eastern Europe, Western Europe, CIS and the USA. This direction of international collaborations, practices and novel research techniques represents a priority aspect of the educational programs of the USPEE.
Being a fairly mobile educational institution, USPEE is constantly looking for ways to train graduates to work and increase social mobility.
At present, the study process is carried out within five faculties: the Faculty of Law, the Faculty of Ecology and Environmental Protection, the Faculty of Economic Sciences, the Faculty of International Relations and Socio-Human Sciences, and the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences, which capitalize democratic and modern principles linked to national, European and international legislative documents.
In this context, the purpose of our university is to respond to the primordial needs of specialists with a high, academic and competitive moral weight. During the 20 years of activity, USPEE “Constantin Stere” managed to demonstrate steadiness, professionalism and quality.
Since its first steps the institute has promoted a performance education policy geared to the standards and values of the modern democratic society, thus attempting to contribute to the formation of a new generation of professional researchers, opinion leaders and public officials, able to take responsibility for the transition to the democratic form of organization in our country.
The present book aims to present succinctly and arguably,the academic and research excellence of USPEE “C. Stere “. The 20th anniversary of our university is at the same time a reflection, evaluation and projection. Although we are a relatively young institution, at the full age, we have already succeeded in fully justifying our existence through academic stateliness, educational and institutional security.
We encourage free thinking, active civic engagement, creativity, enthusiasm and openness to communication and collaboration,so that our students at the end of the studies have the intellectual gifts and the spiritual strength, necessary for the personal fulfillment and the progress of the community.the USPEE leadership “C. Stere”; wants to build up, consolidate the depth and ensure the health of the roots of higher education within the USPEE, as we believe that only in this way we can develop together a sustainable university, a successful university. Therefore, USPEE "C. Stere "continues the promotion of the educational policy and the development of a democratic, humanistic, flexible and transparent university education based on the values of culture and of national and universal science.
