Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences is a multidisciplinary institution of higher education and an efficient actor in education and research, development and innovation (RDI) in the region of South Ostrobothnia in West Finland.
Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences has 19 Bachelor and 7 Master degree programmes. Three degree programmes are totally taught in English (International... Business, Nursing and a Master"s Degree in International Business Management). Also double degree programmes are available in the fields of technology and business.

We offer high-quality education and research, development and innovation services. Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences provides education to approximately 4,800 degree students. Of them, 75 per cent are full-time students in 18 Bachelor-degree programmes for young people, of which two are instructed in English. At Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences, there are eight Master-level degree programmes, related to six educational fields. In Business, the Master’s degree can also be earned in English.
In addition to these programmes, there are multimodal courses aimed especially at people in working life. While working, it is possible to earn Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, as well as to take further education courses. Bachelor-level multimodal implementations are also available in the six localities where the Regional University of Applied Sciences operates.
In 2018, the campus structure of SeAMK will become more concentrated, with only two campuses – the main campus of Frami and the campus of Ilmajoki – as the new building of the School of Health Care and Social Work has been erected in the Frami area.

School of Business and Culture has four bachelor degree programmes and three master degree programmes. Two of those are conducted in English. This faculty has several double degree partners all over the world. School of Food and Agriculture contains three different fields of study. The faculty bundles these fields together around food and food processes. The bachelor degree programmes are Agriculture and Rural Enterprises, Food Processing and Biotechnology and Hospitality Management. The master degree programme contains them all. School of Health Care and Social Work provides six bachelor degree programmes. They are: Elderly Care, Nursing (Finnish and English), Public Health Nursing, Physiotherapy, Social Work. It offers also two master degree programmes. They are called: Social Work and Development and Management of Health Care and Social Services. School of Technology provides bachelor level education in four degree programmes and master level education in two programmes. It is a double degree partner with Hochschule Aschaffenburg in Germany. School of Technology has strong RDI cooperation with enterprises on the area.
