Xiaomi 11T Detail Specification

When evaluating the Xiaomi 11T series last week, we looked at the 11T and 11T Pro. The difference between these two nearly identical phones in other respects lies only in the SOC they run on and the speed at which they charge.
Shortly after the announcement (we're not sure when it will go live) Xiaomi released a firmware update in which battery life seems to have improved significant...ly (thanks to Domingo Gomez for the warning and some initial before and after tests). … Over the next few days, we also updated and re-tested the battery life.

Display
With a 6.81-inch display, the Mi 11 is the company's largest flagship product in terms of screen size and outshines almost all competitors. The edge of the screen is curved, although not very noticeable, it is broken by a small “punching” notch on the selfie camera in the upper left corner.
In terms of resolution, the Mi 11's screen is 1440 x 3200, which is sharper than most flagships at the same price (including Mi 10 and Galaxy S21). It's an AMOLED panel, so the colors are especially vibrant, and it also supports HDR10 +.

Design
The Mi 11T has the same chassis as the Pro, with just one millimeter. The same materials are used, which is mostly good.
Before us is a glass back cover of unknown origin. Xiaomi said the bezel is metal on the bottom and plastic on the top, and there is also a Gorilla Glass board that protects the transparent OLED panel on the front. The Meteor Gray glass has a matte metal finish on the back of the glass, which looks great. Unfortunately, it is also a fingerprint magnet, so if you think it bothers you, you can choose moonlight white or sky blue.

Camera
The Vanilla 11T has the same flagship camera settings as the more powerful Pro devices. The main 108MP non-Bayer pixel-fusion camera uses a huge 1 / 1.52-inch Samsung ISOCELL HM2 1 / 1.52-inch 0.7μm sensor and an f / 1.75 aperture lens. The merge mode provides a pixel size of 2.1 μm and a resolution of 12 MP.
The ultra-wide-angle camera has a modest 8MP sensor and an f / 2.2 lens, and you can also get one of Xiaomi's telephoto lenses. It has a 5MP sensor and a 2x f / 2.4 aperture lens, but more importantly, it can focus from almost 3cm away.

Battery
Although the Xiaomi 11T and Pro use a 5000mAh large-capacity battery, the charging speed has been reduced from 120W to “just” 67W. We suspect this is still fast enough, but for almost everyone.

Display
The 11T also comes with Adaptive Colors (Xiaomi Apple's True Tone version), which might be a nice bonus.
One of the main advantages of the 11T is its 6.67-inch OLED panel. Like the Pro model, the panel offers 120Hz refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, 10-bit color, HDR10 + support and up to 1000 nits peak brightness. We'll definitely check it out in our full review.

Software
There must be some functional differences, in this case it is the SoC. This device replaces the Snapdragon 888 Pro with a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 – still a powerful chipset but lagging behind Qualcomm's top 2021 solution. It has 8 GB of RAM that can be paired with 128 or 255 GB of storage space.
