Xiaomi Redmi K30 Detail Specification

Redmi K30 is a new mid-range phone from Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi. However, like other Chinese smartphones, the Redmi K30 is only mid-level in some key areas and outperforms high-end flagships in other areas. The phone is equipped with a 120Hz IPS to fast LCD display, a 4,500mAh battery, and four rear cameras. It feels that its value may be much higher than what Redmi requires.
<...p>As mentioned earlier, although the Redmi K30's phone is expensive, it runs some impressive specifications. We used a high-end 4G model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The model is priced at 2199 yuan (about 314 US dollars). The cheapest model has 6GB of memory and 64GB of storage, and it only costs 1599 yuan (about $ 229). That's too cheap. In addition to these specifications, you will get
Qualcomm's Snapdragon 730G processor, 4,500mAh battery, 27W fast charging, four rear cameras, including the new Sony IMX 686 64MP sensor, 120Hz IPS LCD display, and even there is also a headphone jack.

Performance
Overall, Snapdragon 730G and 8GB RAM are more than enough for my mobile use case. I do have some instances of randomly frozen applications, but since this is a Chinese model, I have to bear the burden of Google Play Store and Google Play Services. For multi-mission, the K30 has just taken off. 8GB of RAM is enough, so I have never been phased out by an application, and the phone doesn't need to reload anything into memory. For the most demanding users, especially gamers, this phone can handle almost anything you throw at it.

Battery Life
With a 4,500mAh battery, you might want the Redmi K30 to have an incredible battery life. However, this is not the case when your display refreshes 120 times per second. Every day, my screen display time is about 6 hours. This is not bad at all; it is about the average of smartphones in 2019. You can choose to switch the refresh rate to 60Hz, which will definitely save battery life, so you must decide whether it is worth your extra smooth display. When you find yourself needing to recharge your battery, the Redmi K30 comes with a 27W fast charger. It is not as fast as Huawei's 40W standard or even OnePlus' Warp Charge 30, but it is still faster than the Pixel 4's 18W charger or the Note 10 Plus's 25W charger. For the price, this is great.

Camera
The phone has four cameras on the back and two on the front. The new 64MP Sony IMX686 is a direct successor to the popular 48MP IMX 586, Equipped with an ultra-wide 8MP sensor, 2MP macro camera, and 2MP depth sensor.  On the front of the phone, you have a 20MP selfie camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The new IMX686 sensor reduces weight into good light and classifies the image as 16MP. I like Xiaomi's image processing to be fairly flat. A lot of dynamic range, but not as much as many other manufacturers, and there is a lot of information to edit. The selfie camera has good sharpness in well-lit conditions, but the solid color profile does not look too bad on skin tones it is good. If you're a big selfie, you need to apply filters or edits to your photos before sharing them. In lower light, you will see a lot of stains. Oddly, color reproduction seems to be better in low light conditions.
The portrait mode is pretty good, as is the edge detection feature . If you use the full 64MP mode, you will get sharper images than the combined 18MP mode, but you need more light to make it look better. In most cases, you will want to use the standard camera mode. This phone does not handle low light well. It must keep the shutter open too long to keep the image from getting enough light, and it often gets dirty. If you want to use a good low-light camera on your phone, you need to put it somewhere else.

Software
Redmi K30 is running MIUI11 based on Android 10. MIUI can be completely customized, but many Western users may not like it very much, especially if you are used to buying Android because it tries to run like iOS in iOS. Many methods. For me, the most annoying thing is that you need to press the settings button to enter the settings. I hope Redmi will move the toggle switch to the notification bar, and I often access it on other devices. Redmi K30 has a cool feature called Mi Share, which allows you to easily send files between other Xiaomi, Vivo, Realme And Oppo devices. Actually, this is Apple's AirDrop, so it's great that these manufacturers work together to make file transfer easier.
